Organic and sustainable: Made from 100% biodegradable and environmentally friendly jute. Thanks to the quilted sides and tight fabric (250 g/m²), the jute cloth is still sufficiently durable and tear-resistant.

Occupational material: Pigs love to nibble and pluck at the robust jute fibres, take them in their mouths and chew them. This encourages nature exploratory behaviour and can reduce stress and behavioural disorders.

Nesting material: In closed farrowing crates, the jute cloths serve as nesting material. Short before giving birth, the sow satisfies her nesting instinct and wants to prepare a soft nest for her offspring.

Fewer piglet losses: The jute cloths provide orientation and comfort for the newborns. The piglets prefer to lie on the soft jute cloths, resulting in fewer crushing losses.

Legal requirements: With the help of Jute Cloths, you can meet the requirements of the Animal Welfare Livestock Farming Ordinance (TierSchNutztV) and the Animal Welfare Initiative (ITW).
